DESCRIPTION:Meet at 9 am at 762 Talbot Rd. E. (Hwy #3) just west of Wheatley. Kopegaron Woods is renowned for its vast array of Carolinian wildflowers and for viewing the spring migrant birds.Take a hike along one of the most beautiful forest boardwalk trails in the region as it meanders through the conservation area. While exploring the woodland\, we will see the beautiful blanket of spring wildflowers. Kopegaron Woods provides excellent woodland birding during the migration period. Colourful warblers at this site can often rival the beautiful blanket of spring wildflowers.
