Join Tom Chatterton and experience the volcanic and biological features of Hawaii (the 'big' island), Oahu, and Kauai (the garden isle). The island chain of Hawaii in the central Pacific has many unique aspects of its geology and flora and fauna that will be shown and discussed.
Dan Bissonnette of Naturalized Habitat Network will present on understanding the connection between plants, our environment, and ourselves. His thought provoking presentation examines what defines native and non-native plant species, as well as some of the misconceptions related to them.

Meet 10:00am at Keith McLean Conservation Lands, 18331 Kent Bridge Road. See picturesque ponds full of blooming lotus flowers.
